What is an art deposit?

An art deposit is a deposit of $100 that a client puts down when he or she would like to begin the process of working with one of our designers to create a custom design, but the parameters of the final order are yet unclear.

Example: You know you have an event June, 10th with 155 participants. What you don't have yet is an idea for the shirt design. Typically, to get an order started, we'll take a deposit of half down, with the final payment upon shipment of the shirts. In this case, however, the design and the final cost of the order are to be determined. So to begin work with one of our designers, we ask for an art deposit of $100 that works as credit toward your final payment.
