ANSWER: How do I get a quote?
Getting a quote is very easy. Just browse to the product your are looking to get a quote on, choose your color, sizes, and # of ink color per location, and our software calculates your price in real time based on your exact shirt specifications. You can then print this quote or save it in your account. You can also call us directly toll free at 866.650.RACE and one of our customer service reps can give you a quote over the phone. We have reps available 9am-5pm M-F PST.

ANSWER: Can I mix and match colors and styles?
Often times our customers want to mix and match colors and styles within the same order. For example, a race may want 500 white shirts and 50 red shirts for their volunteers, or maybe 100 long sleeves too for their main sponsors. In these situations, we usually can group the total number together and give our customer the price break for the combined total. However, sometimes changing the shirt color requires us to change the art or add an additional screen to get the print to look right. Because of this, we like to give custom quotes for all orders like this. We think a professionally designed shirt can really set your race apart. So as part of our service, we offer all races a free custom design with every order. Now every race can look as professional and slick as the bigger events.

ANSWER: What kind of garments do you print and sew on?
We print all our orders on name brand, high quality blanks from brands like Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Zorrel, ALO, American Apparel, and Adidas. Our basic tee is a 6.1 oz 100% pre-shrunk blank.
ANSWER: How much does shipping cost?
Nothing! Shipping at SoulGear.net is always free. This includes UPS Ground to anywhere in the USA. In addition to shipping, there are also no setup charges or added on screen fees. The price you see on our site is the price you pay. There's even no sales tax!

ANSWER: Can I pay for faster shipping?
Sure. If you want faster shipping, you are welcome to pay for it. But we'll warn you, a box of shirts weighs about 50 lbs, so shipping an order of shirts via Overnight or 2 Day Air can be expensive. To set up faster shipping on your order please call a customer service rep toll free at 866.650.RACE.
ANSWER: Can I return my shirts?
Every order at SoulGear.net is totally custom, so returns can only be accepted if there is a misprint or otherwise defect in the garments. To ensure accuracy, no orders are printed until a final PDF proof has been approved online. Your shirts are then guaranteed to look like your proof, so be sure to check the proof very carefully! Shirts which contain mistakes, but match the approved proof (such as a spelling error which was overlooked and approved anyway) cannot be returned. In the case of a legitimate return, we will pay to have the defective shirts returned to us, and will ship you a replacement order as soon as possible.

ANSWER: How do I pay? Payment options?
Payment can be made either online, or over the phone with one of our reps. 866.650.RACE. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, and CHECKS. However, if you pay with a company check, we will not ship shirts until the funds have been verified. Certain organizations can also qualify for NET 30 terms based on previous payment history and credit worthiness.
ANSWER:I placed an order. Now what?
Once you've placed an order, you will receive an email with instructions for what to do next. Usually, the next step is to upload your art, or have one of our designers make a design for you. Once you have uploaded art, you will receive a proof in 2 days or less. You will receive an email when your proof is ready. You can then login to approve your proof. Once proofs are approved, your job will be added to our production schedule immediately. You will receive 2 more emails; one when your job is scheduled, and one when your job is printed and shipped.
ANSWER:How do I upload art?
Uploading art is very easy. First you must place an order either online or with one of our customer service reps. Once you have placed an order, you will need to login to the MY ORDERS section of the website. Click on the order you want to upload shirts for, or directly on the UPLOAD ART link. Once on the UPLOAD ART page, you can upload as many files as you want, along with a description of what you want us to do with the art or any changes you need. If you do not have art, you can use the same form and we will make a custom design for you. Within 2 days of uploading art, you will get a PDF proof of what your shirts will look like.
ANSWER:How do you handle proofs?
Proofs are created by our art department and uploaded into your account. You can access these proofs by clicking on MY ORDERS and then clicking on the order you are looking to approve. On the proof page, you will see a list of all available proofs for that order. You can then click on an individual proof to download the file. Once you have viewed the download, you will have to approve the proof using the check boxes on the proof page. Once you have checked off the 4 check boxes your order is approved!
ANSWER:How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders will ship in about 7-10 business days. But it does depend on how fast you upload your art, and how fast you approve your proof. We promise a PDF proof within 2 days of you uploading your art, and then a print date within 7-10 days of your approval of your final proof. If you have lots and lots of changes, production can take longer.

SoulGear.net was started in 2006 by James and Peter, two avid sports enthusiasts with experience in custom clothing manufacturing and e-commerce. Now, a team of 10 people works from our San Luis Obispo office to process your orders, design your shirts, and get them printed and sewn. It's our goal to be the easiest place in the world to order custom clothing for your race or athletic event.

We screen print. You will never find a heat transfer, or an iron on, or a direct-to-garment print at SoulGear.net.
ANSWER:How long have you been doing this?
We've been around since 2006, but our owners and employees have been in custom clothing for decades. We have been running e-commerce sites for about 10 years. So we know what we're doing!

When we started SoulGear we closed our doors to walk-in business, for a purely online model focusing on races and athletic events. This allows us to operate with less overhead and we pass the savings on to you!
ANSWER:Can my race have a discount if I put your logo somewhere? ?
Sure! We take .10 off for a SoulGear logo. It's not much, but every penny helps for a lot of our races!
