Within two days of uploading/creating your art you will receive an email notification letting you know you have an art proof to approve. An art proof is a mock up of your art on a garment. It is used to represent size, coloration and placement. (Shown below) Getting your approval before we print is part of our quality control process, designed to keep mistakes and errors to an absolute minimum - and help us continue to serve race directors with the great service we are known for. Below are some keys to the approval process:
IN ORDER TO VIEW YOUR PROOF FOR APPROVAL, JUST LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, SELECT YOUR CURRENT ORDER, CLICK ON 'APPROVE PROOF' AND FOLLOW THE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. YOUR SHIRTS WILL PRINT AND SHIP WITHIN 7-10 DAYS UPON APPROVAL.
